DEDICATED TO DANI JARQUE

Saturday 15th August, Cesc dedicated his two goals to his friend Dani Jarque.

In the Premier League match at Goodison Park, between Everton and Arsenal (1-6), Cesc dedicated his two goals to the capitan of Español, his friend Dani Jarque, who passed away a week ago. After scoring his first goal in the 48th minute, Cesc raised his face skyward and gestured with his hand to dedicate the goal to Dani. Cesc once again remembered his friend after his second goal, scored from outside the area and assisted by his compatriot, the Spanish goalkeeper Manuel Almunia. From these few lines, we take the opportunity to pass our heartfelt sympathies to the family of Dani and to all the Espanyol supporters.
